Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Make a Return

Send the product unused and in its original packaging to the return address listed below.
Once the product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In Case the Parcel Is Not Received and Is Returned to Us
A parcel is considered “returned to us” only when it has been physically received at BESNOB’s premises and verified by our team.
Shipments marked as “delivered” by the courier to us without a recipient signature, or parcels left at our premises without confirmation or acceptance by BESNOB, are not considered a valid return.
Non-Refundable Cases – Undelivered / Unclaimed Parcels
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to customer responsibility — such as incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel — and is not physically returned and accepted by BESNOB, the order is not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
BESNOB does not accept unclaimed or undelivered parcels in these cases. Any further handling of the parcel is subject solely to the courier’s terms and policies.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on your location.
For returns of items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
For shipments that were not delivered in Greece, €30 will be deducted from the refund amount (€15 for shipping and €15 for return).
